<p>Application Packs for September 2010 Admissions are now in school. If your child's birthday falls between <b>1st September 2005</b> - <b>31st August 2006</b> then they will be eligible to start school in <b>September 2010</b>. </p>
<p>If you wish to apply for a place at St. Edmund's & St. Thomas' Catholic Primary School in September 2010 we ask that in addition to the Common Application Form that you also complete the enclosed Supplementary Information form. This form will supply governors with the information they will need to ensure that your child is placed in the correct criteria of entry when they are considering the applications. In the event that the school is oversubscribed failure to complete the form could result in your child losing their chance of a place.</p>
<p>A Supplementary Information Form needs to be completed for each voluntary aided school which you place as one of your choices on the application form. These must then be returned to each of the schools with all the relevant documentation.</p>
<p>However as the majority of applicants for Catholic schools in our area usually choose at least two or all three of the local Catholic Primary schools, these schools have agreed to act as agents for each other in the collection of the forms. We have therefore enclosed forms for the other two schools which can then be returned, if you wish, to our school with all supporting documentation. By ding this we hops to assist parents and negate the need to visit all three schools.</p>
<p><i>Please note:</i> If your child already attends St Edmund's and St Thomas' Nursery, or you have already given your child's name into the office requesting a place, then you will automatically receive an application pack.</p>
